Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LOCLA Portal (the “Platform”), a product owned and operated by Jamtech Technologies Private Limited (“Jamtech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). LOCLA provides lead-generation and lead-purchase services to professional vendors and service providers (“Vendors”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About LOCLA

LOCLA is an online digital marketplace that connects users seeking services with verified professional vendors. The Platform enables vendors to purchase leads generated through LOCLA. Jamtech does not provide the end services itself and is not a party to any agreement between users and vendors.

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Vendor.
  2. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  3. Vendors must be legally permitted to offer their listed services in their respective jurisdictions.

3. Vendor Account Registration

  1. Vendors must create an account to access and purchase leads.
  2. Jamtech reserves the right to verify, approve, suspend, or reject any vendor account at its sole discretion.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Lead Purchase & Usage

  1. Leads available on LOCLA are generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and user submissions.
  2. Leads are sold on a non-exclusive or exclusive basis, depending on the category and pricing.
  3. Purchased leads are intended solely for the vendor’s internal business use.
  4. Reselling, sharing, or misusing leads is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments & Pricing

  1. All prices for leads are displayed on the Platform and may vary by category, location, and demand.
  2. Payments must be made in advance using the supported payment methods.
  3. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated.
  4. Jamtech may revise pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  1. Contact users professionally and ethically.
  2. Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and data privacy laws.
  3. Not engage in spam, harassment, or misleading practices.
  4. Deliver services directly to users without involving Jamtech.

7. Platform Role & Disclaimer

  1. Jamtech acts solely as a technology intermediary.
  2. Jamtech does not guarantee lead quality, conversion, or business outcomes.
  3. Jamtech is not responsible for disputes, service quality, pricing, or fulfillment between vendors and users.

8. Suspension & Termination

Jamtech reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account if:

  1. These Terms are violated.
  2. Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected.
  3. Required compliance or verification is not maintained.

Termination does not entitle the vendor to any refund of unused credits or purchased leads.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements on LOCLA are the exclusive property of Jamtech Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. Jamtech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  2. Jamtech’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the vendor to LOCLA in the preceding three months.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

Jamtech may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
